All information you provide is used to process your order or send you a catalog only. Payment Options

We gladly accept all major Credit Cards, Checks or Money Orders (US funds only), and PayPal. Please allow time for your check to clear if paying by check.

Sales Tax

We are required to collect sales tax on all orders shipping to Arizona. Sales tax is currently 7.85%.

Standard Shipping

Most orders are shipped (M-F) via UPS Ground or Priority Mail and arrive within 6 business days of ship date. We strive to ship as quickly as possible and ship in-stock orders within 0-3 days of order placement. Please click here for more shipping details. You can check the status of your order anytime by clicking on "customer service" at the top of any page.

Rush Shipping

We do offer rush shipping by UPS. If you place your order online, select UPS shipping at checkout to view the different rates for overnight, 2 day, or 3 day select shipping. Please note that you must add processing time to our rush options. Orders placed after 12:00 noon Arizona time may not make our shipping deadline for the day even if you choose a rush option. If you have any questions about rush shipping, please call us.

International Shipping

We are currently shipping to U.S. addresses only including APO/FPO military addresses.

Recycled Packaging

We reuse boxes and packing material whenever we can. If we cannot reuse it, we recycle it. We hope you will do the same!

Return Policy

You may return any item within 30 days of purchase for an exchange, refund, or credit (less shipping). Please click here for all of the details and our return form. All returns must be in unwashed, original condition with all tags and packaging intact. Customer is responsible for return postage.
