Shipping Rates

FREE SHIPPING offer: We are currently offering free shipping on all orders over $25.00. This applies to in-stock items only. You must order online to receive the free shipping. Free shipping applies to contiguous US states only (sorry not AK, HI, or overseas military addresses). We reserve the right to ship by USPS or UPS Ground at our discretion. If you have different addresses for US Mail and UPS Ground shipping, please let us know during checkout. If you return free shipping items for a refund, a $5. restock fee will be deducted from the refund amount due to you. No restocking fee will apply if you exchange the items. Our shopping cart is now set up so that you can choose the shipping option that works best for you. As you add items to your shopping cart, you will see a shipping estimate based on Priority Mail shipping. If you add diapers or heavy items to your cart, the rate may look high. However, as you continue through the checkout process, you will have a choice of Priority Mail or UPS shipping. You will be able to see all available rates, including rush rates, and you can choose the option that works best for you. For most packages over 2 or 3 lbs the UPS Ground rates will offer the best value. Our shopping cart adds $0.50 to actual rates, and you will see your total shipping cost before you submit your order.

Post Office Boxes, AK, HI, APO/FPO

UPS cannot deliver to a PO Box address. Please choose USPS for Priority Mail shipping. If you are within the continental U.S. and have a physical street address that you can give us, check out the UPS rates. You may be pleasantly surprised!

Rush Shipments

• Yes we do! You will have the option to view UPS rates for rush delivery during the checkout process.
• Please keep in mind that we need time to pack and process your order before it can be shipped. Orders placed after 12 noon AZ time M-F may not make our shipping deadline for the day even if a rush shipping option is chosen. In this case, your order will ship out the next business day. Rush orders placed on Friday afternoon, Saturday, or Sunday will not ship until Monday.

International Shipments

We gladly ship orders to U.S. addresses including APO/FPO military addresses. We do not ship to any other international locations.

When will you ship my package?

We strive to ship as quickly as possible. In stock orders ship within 0-3 days of order placement from Bullhead City, AZ 86442. It may not always be possible to make a change to your order because we may begin processing your order shortly after you place it. If you made a mistake, please call us, and we will do our best to make changes if possible.

When will I receive my package?

• Free shipping items (bras, gift certificates) ship by first class mail. First class mail packages may take 3-4 days or more to reach you.
• Priority Mail packages within the continental U.S. are delivered in 2 days (our average), and packages going to AK or HI take 3-6 days. This is an estimate only. Please remember to add 0-3 processing days for us to ship your package.
• UPS Ground days to delivery are shown below. UPS does not count ship date, weekends, or holidays. Once again, allow 0-3 extra days for us to ship your package.
• You will receive an e-mail when your package ships, and you can check the status of your order anytime by clicking on Customer Service.

What if my item is out of stock?

• We strive to keep all of our items continually in stock. Unfortunately, this is not always possible. Sometimes a manufacturer has a shortage or delay, or we may have a run on a certain item and go through our stock much more quickly than anticipated.
• When an item is out of stock, it will show out of stock on our web site. In the event that we oversell an item (due to a phone or mail in order), we will contact you to see if we can make a substitution or we will ship your order and backorder the remaining item. Your backordered item will be shipped as soon as it comes in at no additional cost to you.
