You may return any item within 30 days of purchase for an exchange or refund (less shipping).
All returns must be in unwashed, original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
Please include your receipt and reason for return.
We regret that we cannot accept returns of opened packages of nursing pads.
Please include postage if you would like an exchange.
We always recommend that you wash and try one diaper first before washing them all. Unwashed items may be returned according to our policy.
We reserve the right to accept or refuse returns after 30 days. Any returns accepted after 30 days will incur a 10% restocking fee.
Diaper packages have a special return policy:
If you return the complete package including diapers, covers, and any free-with-purchase items in new condition within 30 days, you will receive a full refund/credit (less shipping).
If you return a partial package in new condition, we will deduct the package discount from your refund/credit (so you will pay regular price for all items you keep).
If you are returning unwashed and unused bumGenius diapers, return them to us according to our regular 30-day return policy.
If you wish to return ONE washed and used bumGenius diaper according to the 14-day money back guarantee, please contact us for a return authorization number and special shipping address as that one diaper will be returned to the manufacturer.
If you receive a defective item:
We are sorry! We just hate it when that happens! You must contact us before returning a defective item because many of our vendors handle defective items themselves. They may (or may not) want the defective item returned directly to them. If you are not sure if your item is defective, please contact us. We are here to help you! Here are a couple of vendors who will handle defects themselves:
If it is our mistake, we promise we will fix it as quickly as possible at our expense. Thankfully, we rarely have to do this! If you ordered the wrong size, color, or item, please return it to us in new condition within 30 days, and we will exchange/refund as you wish (shipping does apply for exchanges).
We are unable to accept returns of the following items:
Opened packages of nursing pads.
Washed or used items - Please consider reselling them on eBay.
Items that contain pet hair, perfume, dirt, candy, smoke, etc. - Gosh, I wish we didn't even have to mention this one.
Opened or partial packages - Items packaged in a set MUST be returned complete, including packaging.
Bumkins diapers with hang tag removed.
